Miles built Savvy Sounds around a simple frustration: great DJing and great event execution shouldn’t be mutually exclusive.
He grew up in Cuba, New York, with a dad who kept crates of records and a house full of music. Trumpet and guitar first. The moment he touched turntables, everything clicked.
He cut his teeth in Buffalo’s club scene, opened for house legends like Laidback Luke at Mixmag Lab LA, played Hard Summer, and moved to Los Angeles to build something bigger.
He has shared the stage with hip hop legends including Coolio, Sugarhill Gang, Tone Loc and Young MC at the SoFi Stadium, and is the resident DJ at the Delta One Lounge, LAX.
That work has earned the trust of global brands including Sony, Disney and Delta. Available worldwide for destination events and productions.
Every set is built live for the room in front of him, and mixed as the night moves. Open format means the next record is chosen from whatever the room is doing, not from a genre.
