A record of light. The page's words and photographs are available without animation.

An abstract record made of points of light. The scene changes as you scroll. The opening record can be turned with a drag or the arrow keys. No information depends on the motion.

Not every room
needs its hands up.

A lounge at seven is a different room from the same lounge at ten. The set follows the format, the space and the hour. There is no template.

Sometimes the job is to hold a room together while people talk. Sometimes it is to take the floor. Usually it is both, in order.

“It’s the most packed the dance floor has been from start to finish.”

The mic is
part of the set.

Somebody always needs the mic: the CEO, the raffle, the toast nobody told us about. We keep it live, keep it clean, and bring the music back up before anyone notices the gap.

Miles speaking into a handheld microphone with one arm open, beside the decks and an event backdrop.

On vinyl.

Two turntables in the room say something before a record plays. A brand room or a lounge, all on vinyl.

One less thing for the producer

The run of show
We work from yours, and we hit the cues.
Presenter microphones
Handhelds for announcements, presenters and panels, set up with you and the venue.
The arrival
The first hour, before anything is announced, is programmed as carefully as the last.
Sound for the room
A system sized to the space and the headcount.
Production
Lighting and video arranged with the team already in the room.

Scope depends on the format, the venue, the headcount and the hours, so every quote is written for the actual event. There is no standard price on this page.

Before you write

What do you need in order to quote?

The date, the venue, roughly how many people, how many hours of music, and what kind of event it is.

Do you cover microphones for presenters?

Yes. We arrange handheld microphones for announcements, presenters and panels, and agree the number and set-up with you and the venue.

Is there a fixed package price?

No. Every room is different, so every quote is written for the event.

Can you work with the venue’s production team?

Yes. Lighting and video are usually arranged with whoever is already handling the room. Say who that is in your first message.

Tell us the format.

One sentence about the room beats a ten-page brief. Start there and we’ll work out the rest.
